How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 2.5-10 g/day
• Typical use level: 1-10% in dairy, beverages and bars; 20-70% in prebiotic powders; used in infant formula blends with FOS
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling

Store sealed in a cool, dry place; hygroscopic - protect from humidity to prevent caking. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

GOS is GRAS in the US and permitted in EU foods including infant formula blends (GOS/FOS 9:1). Prebiotic-type fibre: verify fibre definition (AOAC 2009.01/2011.25) and claim wording in destination market.
